Worst Experience ever.. Stylist named as Paige asked me If I have been here before. I said yes and asked her to get saved history of previous hairstyle I did at different Great clips location. she took some wrong records from the system, and instead of leaving the front hair as I wanted, she did a buzz cut. She turned my head almost bald. And here comes the lamest question from any hairstylist: (After trimming one side of side burn) she asked, "Do you want me to keep other side of side burns as is or shall I trim it". I mean, how can Great clips keep so in experienced hairstylist. Please do not go at this location. One star I had to give, because It won't allow me to submit reviews without a Star
I am follically challenged but they consistently make me look (in my estimation) good.
Paige did an amazing job on my hair! I love my new haircut and will definitely be back again! Very friendly stylists at this location!
Weekends are the busiest with waiting time over an hour. Booking online helps a lot. But new stylists have no udea how to hold the line. You come first and wait and you rdmind you waited a while. Quality is so so. If you find one stylist that is ok for you hold to her. Recently higher stylists are disaster. It feels like they worked in prison camp before.
took my daughter for wash and cut, stylist says sorry i can't wash her hair, i just had my nails done next door on my lunch break....they are still wet...so i can only cut her hair---i almost thought she was joking. very unprofessional
