Spent $300 in Westport store, came here same day, just a couple hours later to find a same shoes, same color and same model $10 dollars cheaper - customer service won't honor price match even though I brought it receipt, shoes were still in the box with tags still attached to the shoes and i brought-in two matching pair that were on their floor to the customer service desk to show them it wasn't a mistake-still said there is nothing they can do, and refused to refund me $10.

The cashier broke the perfect Anniversary gift for my wife and all the lady did was say sorry while smiling
Got excellent clothing for a good price. One has to go there on a regular basis because inventory is constantly changing
