I've enjoyed doing business with Bikeway Source. Last fall, I bought a beautiful Giant carbon-fiber bike and love it. I was shopping for a Giant and was pleased to find Bikeway Source so close to home, just up at the northern end of the Minuteman Bikeway. I really enjoyed using their bike fit machine, and it did indeed produce a good fit. Eric and Chris are great - they always greet me by name. They're never brusque or too busy to talk and help out. One day, a young woman came in while riding her bike with a problem - she didn't know what was wrong - turned out the front skewer was loose and the wheel was about to fall off. They fixed it and didn't say a single derogatory thing about her lack of knowledge. Bikeway Source is a small shop with an excellent product line and a big heart. Highly recommended.
I cannot recommend Bikeway Source highly enough. Not only are the owners and staff highly competent, but they are genuinely good people who have helped people buying their first bike all the way up to professional cyclists. Chris and Eric were extremely helpful getting this longtime cyclist XC skiing for the first time this year.

Got my bike services and handle bar replaced for $130. They did a good job and finished the work as promised. They are very knowledgeable about bikes and bike parts.
